Our leadlight products stand alone in Australia – 100% Australian made from 100% Australian materials & craftsmanship.
With unparalleled reinforced lead came which we make ourselves, our leadlight panels also have a superior security feature.
In addition to the double-packed glass securing the pieces in place, all the pieces are hand-made here in our factory in Elaine, Vic. This allows us complete quality control from beginning to end.
We don’t do mass-production, we don’t rely on cheap overseas labour, and we don’t sell anything that is less than perfect. Check out our gallery and see for yourself.
Yes, we can handcraft and custom build most entranceways and leadlight to meet your BAL rating requirements.
In addition to the inherent strength of leadlight windows, we can add tempered glass panels to either or both sides of the leadlight art. This provides additional strength to protect your leadlight against vandalism, brute force attacks, or weather accidents (wind slamming the door shut, tree branches brushing against the window, and such).
As an extra bonus, double or triple glazing the leadlight makes for easier cleaning by having a completely flat surface area.
In most cases, our leadlight windows are stronger than plain glass due to the construction. For extra protection, we can double or triple glaze the leadlight, using A-Grade Toughened Safety Glass.
Yes we can!
We custom make glass to suit your heritage listing requirements. This allows you to maintain an authentic look while enhancing the value and beauty of your environment.
Absolutely.
We can match any existing leadlight windows and colour match most. Whether it is like one of our standard designs or completely custom, we will fit the existing space and pattern to suit your specific location and size.
The process isn’t complicated, and we work hand-in-hand with you all the way through from concept to installation. You’ll be amazed at the difference in your home, office or venue when the work is installed!

Lead came hasn’t altered much since it was first invented to provide strength, durability, and flexibility to the leadlight art.
The Came provides edging around the glass and holds the pieces in place. We make it in a variety of shapes similar to letters of the alphabet – there is a U shape, H shape, Y shape, and variations of flat and rounded edges.
Came lead is processed through rollers to create various profiles before being trimmed to a one-metre length. You can improve the strength of Came while also producing a dramatic line quality within the design, by using a variety of widths.
Flat H-channel leads are typically used around the margins of the work, with round H-channel leads in a range of sizes for forming the primary design.
